Eligibility for Return/Exchange
• A product is eligible for return or exchange only if it was received in a damaged condition or does not match the specifications of your order.
• To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.
How to Request a Return/Exchange
To facilitate your request, kindly provide:
1. Your order number
2. Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
3. A picture of the invoice/pack slip

Important Notes
• Complaints reported after 4 days of receiving the product will unfortunately not be accommodated.
• Please do not dispose of the item before or after contacting us, as it may be required for verification or return.
• Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at any Ghani Herbals retail store.
