Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• A product is eligible for return or exchange only if it was received in a damaged condition or does not match the specifications of your order.
• To initiate the process, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order.

How to Request a Return/Exchange

To facilitate your request, kindly provide:

• Your order number
• Clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item
• A picture of the invoice/pack slip

• Complaints reported after 3 days of receiving the product will unfortunately not be accommodated.
• Please do not dispose of the item before or after contacting us, as it may be required for verification or return.
• Products purchased online cannot be exchanged at any Ghani Herbals retail store.

In 1947, following the Partition, he migrated to Karachi, Pakistan, where he reestablished the company under the same trusted name.
